Scheduling an Appointment

 

We are an appointment only salon studio. When you make an appointment with us, our focus is totally on you; we block off time to cater to your needs. Therefore your credit card information is neccessary to make a reservation (please see the Cancelation and Refund Policy section) Your credit card will not be charged, unless you are a no-show.

 

Cancelation and Refund Policy

 

• Credit card information is needed for appointment reservations. No shows will be charged a 100% fee

 

• Please note that any fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable

 

• Any deposits or fees paid directly to Wax and 40 Lashes for services not yet performed are refundable with in 7 days of payment received.

 

• Due to the personal nature of skincare products purchased from Wax and 40 Lashes, may be returned with in 30 days for a full refund if unopened and in original packaging.

• Gift certificates and/or packages are not redeemable for cash, but may be redeemed for other services. 

 

 

Eyelash Policies

 

Lash extensions are guaranteed for 5 days. If more than 40% of the new set or fill has fallen in less than a week, we will give you a complimentary refill.

 

 

Waxing Policy

 

Wax and 40 Lashes uses soft wax, hard wax and sugar paste products. First initial brazilian wax is full price, you must come back every 5 weeks to qualify for maintenance wax price. If you go over 5 weeks, you will need to pay the first initial waxing price.

 

Permanent Cosmetics Policies

 

Free Permanent Makeup Consultations For Eyebrows - Consultations are free (unless you would like to do a patch test and a sterile needle would need to be broken, it will then be $25) and last 30 minutes. You will meet the artist and see the procedure room, ask questions not answered, have photos taken with your own makeup on, without makeup and after the procedure. You finally out will fill out a medical history information and consent form which you may fill out in the comfort of your own home or here at the studio.

 

Permanent Makeup Fees Include - Initial consultation with pre-procedure instructions; Complete medical history and intake form (please read the contractual hard copy carefully before you sign it) Analysis and measurement of face shape and features; Custom makeup designing with YOUR final approval of design; Custom blending of pigments for most flattering color; Sterile single-use needles and digital safety equipment; Disposable protective coverings on exposed surfaces; After care kit with supplies and instructions; One free follow up (touch-up) withing 3 months of initial procedure.

 

Permanent Makeup Done by Another Person - Recoloring permanent makeup done previously by anyone else is not "a touch-up" for Wax and 40 Lashes since it was not their original work. Therefore, fees start at the new permanent makeup prices. 

 

 

General In Spa Policies

 

In consideration for your spa experience, please leave your children at home. No children under the age of 8 will be permitted to wait for you while you are in your appointment. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
